The NECPNE Workshops includes: 3 Day
Workshop,The Workshop Workbook, 4 weeks of care planning and all lab supplies
are provided. There is nothing extra to purchase. The NECPNE Care Plan group consists of 1 weekly
Care plan/4 per month, Quizzes and question and answer sessions The NECPNE Workshop Mocks include Full labs and 2
Full Patient care situations Option 1 3 day NECNE Workshop Plus 4 weeks of Online Care Planning $525.00 Online Care Planning begins 2 weeks prior to your
workshop if balance is paid in full and continues 2 weeks after your workshop
no exceptions/alterations ________________________________________________________________ Option 2 3 Day NECPNE Workshop Plus 8 weeks of Online Care Planning $550.00 *Care Plan Group Savings of $25.00 when purchased
with workshop* Online care Planning Begins 2 weeks prior to your
workshop if balance is paid in full and continues 6 weeks after your workshop

Church On demand with correlation of schedules No Sundays ________________________________________________________________ The cost of the 2010 Workshop does not include your
room fees or your meals. A $100.00 nonrefundable deposit will be needed to
hold your place at the NECPNE Workshop. Payments will be accepted and arrangements can be
made after pre-registration, to complete the cost of the workshop. If you should have to cancel your participation in
the NECPNE Workshop and you have not been shipped the NECPNE Workshop
Workbook all monies paid after the initial $100.00
nonrefundable deposit will be returned. If a Workshop is cancelled due to less than 3
students registered all monies will be refunded except $100.00 deposit. Or
you can transfer into another workshop If you should have to change your workshop date for
a personal reason you can do so 1 time without cost. If the Workshop Workbook is shipped to you after
full payment is received and you do not attend, or reschedule your workshop,
a $295.00 fee will be charged for the Workbook and for administrative costs. Full payment will be needed for the Workshop 14
days prior to the beginning of the scheduled workshop. Keep in mind
PayPal takes 7-10 business days to post payments. By sending your deposit you agree to
